FFEE Waiver Wire IDP- Week 5 - Safeties

We're through week five the NFL Season, and things are getting intense. There are a bunch of teams sitting just above to just below .500 still plenty in the hunt for division titles, and the playoffs.  This is likely the case for most of you in the fantasy football world.  At this point, if you have a win or two, you're still in the hunt for everything, but you are probably unhappy with how certain parts of your team are performing...  If you are not happy with your defensive back play, your in the right place, as we have some help for you.  We've found seven under-the-radar safeties that are available in most IDP leagues who have talent and could produce some solid returns for an owner who has some holes in the back of his/her defense. Take a look, and make some moves that could really produce wins going forward.

1 Lewis, Kendrick HOU S - Reuniting with Crennel has improved Kendrick's performance significantly.
2 Griffin, Michael TEN S -The 29 year old is playing above average and has the Jags, Redskins and Texans upcoming.
3 Ihedigbo, James DET S -After missing the first 3 weeks with a neck injury, this run stopper is taking charge for Detroit.
4 Meriweather, Brandon WAS S -After serving a two game suspension, he is starting and producing for Washington.
5 Blanton, Robert MIN S -The Viking is emerging as a reliable source of tackles, racking up 39 takedowns through five weeks.
6 Bethea, Antoine SFO S -Has made over 100 straight starts, but may be slowing a bit.
7 Stewart, Darian BAL S -Still the starter for now, but Will Hill will be coming off suspension soon and may win some snaps.
